Jeffrey "Harriet" is a human, one of the last of his kind, he rarely talks about his past, but what is known is very little.
Jeffrey was born on the west coast of the United States, his parents were killed by bandits while trying to defend him, the bandits took him as a slave and he ended up marching all over the US up until he was about sixteen, when his slavers met an untimely demise at the hands of a Lone Star Patrol Unit.
After the battle, he was saved by a Sergeant J. Williams. and by choice he joined the army as a recon sniper. He served about six years of his life before going MIA leaving him wanted by the Lone Star. Nowadays however, he is a well known bounty hunter who very often does work with the Fungi.
